My journey in the culinary arts began over a decade ago in the bustling kitchens of Dubai’s JA Ocean View Hotel, part of the esteemed JA Resorts & Hotels family. Over the span of six years, I honed my skills as a Chef de Partie, mastering the intricacies of pastry and ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene in every dish. From preparing sumptuous buffet spreads to crafting exquisite à la carte creations, I thrived in a dynamic environment where innovation and attention to detail were paramount.
My qualifications include a Diploma in Hotel Management from the esteemed Chavara Institute of Hotel Management Studies, as well as specialized training in Bakery & Confectionery. I am well-versed in classical techniques, chocolate work, cake decoration, and large-scale production, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for team leadership. Recognized as the “Supervisor of the Year 2018” at JA Ocean View Hotel, I am committed to delivering unparalleled service and culinary excellence in every endeavor.
