My journey in the culinary world spans a diverse range of experiences, each enriching my abilities and broadening my knowledge. From shaping delectable cakes at Pandhal Cake Shop on Willington Island, Kochi, to leading the kitchen as the Head at Liora Cakes and Chocolates in Kadavanthra, my roles have been characterized by efficiency and creativity. I’ve also had the privilege of serving as the Assistant Pastry Head at the British Club in Bahrain and honing my craft as a Commi Chef at Clever Cup Cakes in Riffa. Prior to my culinary ventures, I gained valuable technical skills as an AC Technician at Cool Tech AC Solutions in Pallimukku, Kochi.
